Dear Vidu,
It depends on the quantity of water mainly. Add a liittle more water so that you will not miss it. It will take not less than 7-8 mts.
Do keep me posted about the result!
Love,Chithra.

Dear Vnbaby,
Welcome to my sub-forum. Congratulations for the happy news.
Let me be very frank with you - I became allergic to soya milk after some time. So unless your doctor has cleared you for the same confidently, may be you can go slow.
I prefer you to, warm saffron, crumble when cold & consume it with 2-3 tbs ordinary milk.
Take care & all the best.
Love,
Chithra.

I am 15 weeks pregnant and away from my elders in US. My nausea hasnt subsided by now and I am eagerly waiting it to go away because its been long time I have enjoyed my food. I dont like anything to eat specially if I cook it because cooking smells are extremely intolerable for me.

I used to like milk a lot before getting pregnant but now I dont like milk also. But other ILs suggested soymilk I tried and liked it. I want to take it with saffron. So I want to know if it is safe to take saffron with soymilk. Because I heard that certain food combinations are not good specially in pregnancy. Please tell me as nobody is able to answer my question yet.

Take Care

Check here the recipe index.

Or go to the : A to Z index of recipes.
