Dear Suja,
Thanks & same to you.
Follow the recipe for sweet tomato pachadi.
Other than that, this syrup is best used for making lime juice - it is delicious. Just add freshly squeezed lime juice & chilled water. You get nice flavoured lime juice.
Love,
Chithra.

Dear Chithra madam,

I tried that moong dal puri and it came out good. Crispy like paappad. the taste was almost the same like the one I said. This had alil more moong smell. Thats all. But the one I said it had whole moong. So am planning to try same recipe as per ur instructions without grinding the moong. Am plannning to add it jus like that after soaking and try. Dunno if it ll turn out well. Wish me luck.

Can u suggest some recipe with the shoot of white raddish (mullanghi keerai)? Actually its very healthy and the one I got today from Indian stores look fresh and oh- so- green I don ve the heart to waste it. Please post any kootu curry r anythng taht can be made with taht greens?

Thanking u in anticipation.

Regards,
CC

Dear CC,
Thanks. I think you can try with whole moong dhal after soaking for 2-3 hrs.Do write to me.
You can use mullangi keerai for parathas, sambar etc.Make just "poriyal" with tempering in oil, red chillies, mustard, urad dhal, chopped small onions & adding this finally. It will be very good.
Love,
Chithra.

Dear Samayal,
Yes - this is the basic "poriyal" recipe for drumstick leaves & goes well for any keerai, particularly those of vegetables & also ponnankanni keerai. You can use plenty of onions for this.
Love,
Chithra.

Dear Vijee,
Your quer is not clear to me! You want to stuff capsicum curry in paratha or use it as a side dish?
Normally what i give is sufficient for 4 people. I do not think, it is possible for me to give the time etc- that is too much work forme. Sorry.
Love,
Chithra.
