| Dear Shanti, First please feel to call me Chithra - no formality anymore which can be done away with! I have given the Indianised version called Herbal Hummus. It comes under Channa recipes in A-Z index. If I menion to V about the compliment you have given me, he is likely to say that only he knows "the other side" of chitvish!! ![]() Thanks for the nice words. Love, Chithra. Quote:

first of all you are in the wrong section. Please use search. Our kindest member and great contributor has given lots of receipes in individual thread. For example, Tiffins, snacks, sweets, rasam, vegetables and etc., If you are particular about a specific recipe then type that in search and you will get lot of results and open one by one and see. Note to new members: Please use search that is located on the navigation bar. That will help us to save lot of time and unnecessary posts. -kb2000

| Dear Chithra Mam, I really want to try the Caramel Payasam, everybody induced me to try it with their lovely FB's. But i really have a big doubt, pls dont mistake me & my question. You specified that..... for 1 liter milk we shuld use , 1/4 cup of rice .... This is where my question arises, we are two people and my husband doesnt like to have any sweets at all.But i want him to try it as well. So im planning to make with 2 cups of milk , is it possible? If so , how much rice shuld i use?Really im not aware of the measurements , so pls advice me. Thank you so much. With lots of love, suba |
