As far as I know, there is no substitute for liquid glucose.
I do not know the recipe for floral cashew sweet.
Please go to Khaju katli recipe. Take it one patham earlier & try moulding it in that shape. May be that will work !

Dear Chitra,
I was planning to make Vegetable Biryani as per your recipe. In the end you have mentioned that we can arrange alternate layers and cook on medium heat on a tava. Should we arrange the layers on another vessel and keep it on a tava or can we arrange the layers on the tava itself.

If this is a silly question, please bear with me.

I saw your reply to my feedback. Yes I'll definitely keep trying more and more.

Dear Hema,
We all go through the stage of "umpteen doubts" - please do not bother.
Arrange the layers in another vessel, press well & heat on a tava.
If possible, carefully invert & serve - the layers will show out nicely.
