Hi

Thank you Chitra for reply. I went through the menus it is great. But I am sorry to trouble you. Can you help me out with few more different varieties of instant curries without tomatoes or may be tomatoes with different herbs.

Thank you

jay.

Dear Uma,
I have no choice except to kindly request you to take time to go through my tiffin thread, in detail. I have recently given oats cutlet which is also ideal. After sometime, any tiffen does get soggy. That way, try the variations with mini idlis. I have given quite a few. They are ideal for lunch box.
Love,
Chithra.

Dear Priya,
You can try puliyodarai, mango rice, lemon rice, puliyaval, puli upma etc. They will suit her taste ideally. Make vathakuzambu, failrly sour.
Love,
Chithra.

Dear Raji,
Crushing the garlic always gives much better flavour than chopping or mashing.
Love,
Chithra.

Dear Supriya,
Try this.
Grate 2 onions, Chop ginger garlic fine.
Blanch, peel & chop fine 3 tomatoes.
Deep fry paneer pieces & drop in warm water.
Heat ghee & fry first onons, then g-g mince & finally tomatoes
When pulpy, add chilli pdr, dhaniya pdr, haldi, garam masala, a dash each of cardamom & methi pdrs.
Fry well & add little water & salt.
Add paneer pieces, little milk & cream.
Simer & top with butter.
Apinch of sugar is optional.
Please try & send me the F B.
Love,
Chithra.
