| Hello Madam, this weekend we expect 2 couples for lunch. since one of the girl is in her family way, we expect them to be with us the whole day, fm b fast to dinner. she suffers a lot fm her morning sickness and vomitting the whole day, since we dont hav elderly people around us here in Us v hav to cater our needs only thru friends. so she has mainly asked me to prepare something more pulippa and kaarama irukanum. can u pls provide the recipe for the same. i went thru ur get together recipes. but i want to b specific abt her needs. sorry to disturb u like this. and as u know, i hav to cuk with my kids . so anything that can be done the previous day and also we hav kids too as guests. | Dear Uma, I have no choice except to kindly request you to take time to go through my tiffin thread, in detail. I have recently given oats cutlet which is also ideal. After sometime, any tiffen does get soggy. That way, try the variations with mini idlis. I have given quite a few. They are ideal for lunch box. Love, Chithra. |

| Dear Supriya, Try this. Grate 2 onions, Chop ginger garlic fine. Blanch, peel & chop fine 3 tomatoes. Deep fry paneer pieces & drop in warm water. Heat ghee & fry first onons, then g-g mince & finally tomatoes When pulpy, add chilli pdr, dhaniya pdr, haldi, garam masala, a dash each of cardamom & methi pdrs. Fry well & add little water & salt. Add paneer pieces, little milk & cream. Simer & top with butter. Apinch of sugar is optional. Please try & send me the F B. Love, Chithra. |
