Dear Uma,
If you cannot open any recipe, there is something wrong with your computer because this is the first ttime I am hearing it.
Sorry, it is not possible to send recipes by e-mail.
Please do not disclose e-mail ids in the open forum. It will attract spam.
Love,
Chithra.

Hi Chithra,
It has been a long time since I visited IL. I was wondering if you have some postings on recipies for Vinayagar Chathurthi? I have tried kolukattai/mothagam. Never turned out well for me. Either the puranam will become very hard, or the outer coating breaks off. I have to use readymade arisi mavu as we don't have maavu machines here? Help please.

Love,
Shanthi.

Dear Shanthi,
Yes, I made a note of what you have said ! In life, our priorities keep on changing !
Please go to
Kozukkattai - for Varalakshmi Nombu & Vinayaka Chathurthi
I always prefer to soak, grind rice & make kozakkattai. Please try by my method.
Today, I will post in the links, what all have to be made for naivedyam for chathuthi.
Love,
Chithra.
