Dear Shree,
White or black or combination - it is entirely your choice, either way, it will be good.
Love,
Chithra.

By the time you try all these, I will post Javvarisi pongal.
With pottukadalai, you can make
Maaladu
I have also given fried gram chutney with only PK. Also go through the jiffy thread - I have given a few dishes with it for kootu etc.

Hi Chithra,
Any tips on how to maintain the shiny look / newness of stainless steel vessels ? Within a few weeks usage itself, it begins to look dull .....
I use only good quality dishwash liquid ; no harsh stuff like Sabena etc.

Thanks.

Hello Mrs.C,

For the idly recipe using idly rava, want to make sure that the urad dal is 1 cup for 3 or 4 cups of rava?? Does it need a cup of aval?

And, pls do suggest me is it ok to refrigerate savories or keep outside to retain the freshness & crispyness?

Thanks and take yr time.

Dear Kurunji Malare,
I suggest, you wipe with a dry towel immediately after wasing. Though boring, it helps !
Love,
Chithra.

Dear Ami,
It is 3 for mixi & 4 for grinder. No need to add aval.
I have answered your second query by P M.
Love,
Chithra.
