Question Crisp puris

Can you give me a tip on how to make puris that stay crisp even after they become cold? I tried adding 1 tsp of rawa to 2 cups of atta before kneading the dough. It didn't work out! the puris were soggy as ever.
Thanks in advance!
SubhaD

Default Sevai Nazhi~

Dear Chitra,
I want to make sevai but I do not have a nazhi. My in laws r here in a week and I am planning to ask them to get me one! Can you let me know, if t here is a lighter version of the nazhi? The nazhi that my mom uses is so heavy and my brother ends up helping her whenever she makes sevai! I cannoe even think of using that nazhi! Please let me know alternatives, if any!

Thanks,
L

Dear Lakshmi,
The lighter version is the iron one. It is small, light & compact.
But the important thing is, after using it every time, you have to wash it very well, dry it completely & smear a little oil to prevent rust formation & keep it in a plastic cover.
Love,
Chithra.
