Paruppusili is a dish made with vegetable & dhal. Love, Chithra. |

| I am answering both your posts ! Nut cutlet is ready to be posted with photo. Cabbage-potto-paneer, I plan to ty this Sunday. I am making a custard-freshfruit-trifle aso on sunday & will post it. Samosa-chole is ready with photo - I made it last week. That was why I posted the photo of samosas ready to be frozen, in the tips thread. Next I plan to try cutlet-channa ! For pizza use mozarella. For baked dishes & toasted sandwiches use cheddar - it is now available in cubes, easy to use. It will melt unlike processed cheese. For topping soups & sandwiches , you can use processed cheese. Love, Chithra. |

| By pot luck, I take it that you mean, others are also bringing some dishes. In that case 4 cups of urad dhal should be sufficient. If nobody else is bringing anything, make it 5 cups. Have a great successful party & become a "star hostess" ! Love, Chithra. |
