| Dear Friends, I wish to share with you my raw (uncooked completely) lunch for today. I made a juice with grapes & tomatoes - no sugar, no salt. A platter of Mixed sprouts Chopped cucumber Chopped vazaithandu Chopped tomatoes Pomegranate Chopped coriander leaves Chopped mint leaves Linseeds - 1 tsp Pepper, salt Orange segments 2 tbsp curds to round off ! Malathy is the deciding authority on conversion to pdf files. Already Old is Gold pdf files have been done by kb2000 & I do not know if she is free to do the rest. | Raw Food Dinner - 2 Methi sprouts Poha (aval) lemon upma Cauliflower salad Peach Methi sprouts take nearly 24 hrs to sprout, but ince nicely sprouted they are not bitter at all & infact, tasty to eat ! Poha (aval) lemon upma: Soak poha (red variety is specially good) in the same amount of water with a dash of haldi. After it becomes soft, add lime juice, salt, pepper-jeera powder, grated carrot, freshly grated coconut & red pomegranate for a mild sweet taste. Cauliflower salad : Chop fresh cauliflower into tiny flowerettes. Immerse is salted warm water. After 30 mts, drain well, add chopped small onions, green chillies, ginger & coriander.
