Default Stuffed poha buns - 3

After covering & cooking, the underside would have become golden brown.
The top side should also look, partially cooked & not raw.
Turn over & pour 1 tsp oil around.
There is no need to cover now.
When the underside becomes, golden brown, remove.

Dear Chitra,

Thank you so much for posting step-by-step pictures of the poha buns. You take so much trouble to clear our doubts! Impressed, amazed, floored ...are all the terms I have often used to describe my reactions at your effeciency and concern. May God Bless you and may this Puthandu bring us many more recipes and slokas and love from this Micro-Macro Mami!

L, Kamla

Exclamation Picture says a thousand words

Dear Mrs CV,
When I look at your picture mine was no where close to this, yours look really brown and mine was white. Well I used a non-stick pan. Could that be the reason? It tasted delicious though.

Love,
Anjana

Default That is fine, Anjana !

From what you write, I feel my dough had fermented more & hence the red colour. So long as it is soft, the colour does not matter.
Love & regards,
Chithra.
