| Dear Mad'm TQ very much for sharing ur nice collection of ceramic bowels with all of us. They r very lovely and I really liked them all and am very much eager to buy. Today I made stuffed brinjal in MW (usually I will do it in MW only). I do not steam brinjals but I will place them in a shallow vessel with little oil and MW high for 8 to 10 mins by covering till they are done. They taste very good and will cook uniformly. BTW u said metal tins r best for cakes, yes of course, but can we use them in MW? With regards Varudhini |
