finding job in south korea

Hello, i would be relocating to seoul for a period of 5 yrs in jan09. I am a management consultant working in a reputed IT organistaion in India. I hold a bachelors degree in engineering and also an MBA in operations and marketions. what are the possibilities continuing proffesional career in seoul. Are jobs available in MNC's or are the jobs reserved fpr koreans only. what is teh possibility of finding a job other than teaching English in south korea. Has anyone gone through a similar experience in seoul/south korea. can someone help me on this
