Today 10 octomber is celebrated as world mental health day since 1992. This is to awake people to mental health & keep physicallly ,mentally & emotionally fit , only than the total health is achieved.This year it is celebrated as impect of culture & diversity theme.
At present times the increasing impect of money & luxeries & physical growth is directly related to mental health problems. The changing life pattern & style, the decreasing values of tredition & culture ,increasing urbanisation ,increasing population, neuclear families ,breaking of joint family system increasing information & technology are also responsible for incresing cases of mental dipression ,tensions,anxiety ,neurosis & insomnea lack of sleepstc.
To day it is necessary for us to give increase importance to sprituallity & yogadarshan to reduce all these mental problems .
We Ladies must look out for our mental health fitness & try to achieve it by yoga , peaceful living ,upholding our own system of family values & sanskar in our children & by doint this we will help in achieving the mental health of our family members.
