Confusion...Need Help!!!

Hello everybody!!!!

I am in a fix & need some advice...

I have to attend a friend's wedding reception... & quite obviously don't know what to wear....

1. Saree - I think it's a wonderful outfit, but when you have to run around a 3 yr old, it could be a hassle.
2. SalwaarKameez - I don't know how "party-like" it should be... Don't want to look too made up.
3. Kurti - I have two long sleeves ones.... One in bold red & other in olive Green (both are emborided)... They are long enuf till my wrist.... Don't know which to wear with jeans, formal trouser or long skirt.... Think of buying a few sleeveless ones, in case I want to wear it with the long black skirt.
4. Dress - Kinda like an evening dress...just to look & feel sexy....

The reception is of a Sindhi Friend.... Please help.... It's on the 3rd of Aug...

Also would like to receive some pointers on the ear-rings, shoes, etc
