i wear a saree blouse when at home. ladies say its uncomfortable to carry a saree properly, but on contrary i feel the opposite. in winters i team up my saree with a full sleeved, high neck, woolen blouse. In summers i wear sleeveless/half sleeved cotton/linen blouse with a cotton saree. while sleeping i wear a nightie/maxi in summers for details u can mail me at ranjanmanishasist@yahoo.co.in

Hello all, its nice to see the posts here and i am so glad to see so many opinions on home wear, though we we know many of the women in india like to b comfortable with nighty even during the day. I like to wear my nighty if i am at home during the weekends and I feel wearing dark colors dont show or look awkard unless its too tight fitting nighty. Similarly wearing transparent nightgowns or maxis without inskirts does attract unwanted attention from strangers, but maxis or night gowns do have their comfort zones as they can be loose and comfortable, cheers, Amudha

I wear the long tees you get, which are very comfortable...you get them in all these cotton sales. I usually scourge for them in those "kilos of cotton" and rs. 35/15 for everything sales all over bangalore. You actually get brands like Mango n disney at them!!! And i get some white patialas stitched and wear it with them. Its comfy + trendy.

I wear only track pants/ loose cotton pants with t shirts, those r more comfy, i have maxi's too but i cannot manage them and very tempted to tie them like lungi/ pancha, so my choice loose comfy pants n t-shirts... Skavi

Dear Aniya, You sure can be proud that your thread has been nominated for the FP of the month, inspite of it being an old thread. Goes to show that if the topic is rocking, time is no bar. Congrats. L, Kamla
