Embriodery items

Hi All,

This is my first post in IL.

I live in Hyderabad. I wanted to know where do we get items like beads, chamkies, kundans and different types of threads for doing embriodery, in Hyderabad or Secunderabad.

I would be really happy if you can tell me any specific area and shop name .... if possible......

Even I am from Hyderabad. My sister is an fashion designer. She regularly shop all embriodery items and designs in madina complex, secunderabad.

Even you can get in ameerpet nearby durgamma temple. try there once......

Even u get embroidery items in Badichowdi ,all tailoring items u get there.

in Charminar , after entering 3rd lane/2nd lane of chudibazar there are many shops where all kinds of tailoring as well as embroidery items are sold at comparitively half the price as sold in other areas(secunderabad, ammerpet, srnagar, etc.)


all kinds of qualities are also available.

also u have shops which provide u with print, embridery work too.

You can all the beads etc in Koti. There are lot of shops & u can get everything there.

U also get these items in Begum bazaar.

I presently stay in hyderabad because of work... i wanna learn embrodiery and works like kundan, aari work which can inter-related with embrodiery.
Will you please lemme know if you know anyone who teaches these things in Madhapur area.. if not... will you mind teaching me these things.. I juss wanna start off so that i can compile new designs...
