Are you Brand conscious?????

hi ladies,
just wanted to know whether it's only branded clothes that you look for when you go shopping or is it the style or the different cuts etc in the dress or whatever that is comfortable!!!!!!!
is it always the malls you hit or the local buzzing shopping areas in your city??????
well I generally shop for my jeans etc in a mall or a branded shop but i never miss the local shopping areas as well coz you get superb stuff in the local markets as well.also it depends on how comfortable the dress is and what suits me the most!!!!

so go on ladies tell me what you look for when you buy clothes!!!!

I too like shopping both in malls as well as Local bazars, But As far as branded Clothings are concerned i limit them to very special occassions like some marriage or party etc... Even i prefre to buy branded jeans spl for their Fits and size.

But for casual wear i prefer buying it from local shops mainly for its price as well as for the Variety . I love doing Window shopping at malls as i get so easily attracted towards all those Lights and hype and makes me feel Good... . And as far as local shopping is concerned i love to gaze at all the shops and love to be among the crowd .

me too in the same category.. I go for both branded and local shopping.. I sometimes find local clothes better than branded ones because of the varieties they have.. Moreover the local ones are also good enough and give a long life for their price.. When it comes to branded they stay for soooooooo long that I get bored of them and will literally want to cut them with scissors .. so my vote is for local clothes

I am too a mix and match person......For my jeans and pants i only trust the leading brands....reason good fit plus since my jeans and pants are my regular wear, nothing but brands do for me...for tops i am not so fussy, i shop for them in the malls or the local market...during my trips to Delhi, i make it a point to check the CP and Bengali Market for good deals......Another piece of clothing where is stick to brands are my innerwear..........the local stuff is juss useless, the material and fit is never good... As far as shoes and asscesories are concerned, i pick what catches my fancy.....Again for my makeup and cosmetics, only the leading brands will do...For ages i had suffered bcoz of acne, now that its gone, can risk getting spots bcoz of not using good standard cosmetics:)
So well i am really and mix and match person:)

it must be quite an irresistable thing for you coz delhi has quite great stuff for very reasonable prices from tops,slippers to salwar suits!!!!!i see that your in amritsar the patiala style suits are quite famous there right?

yeah Delhi sure has good deals on all kind of wearable stuff and suits everybody's pockets too....and in punjab(Amritsar) patiala salwaar rules big time....i guess u can never go wrong wid short kurta and full fledged patiala salwar......must have in any punjabi's wardrobe:)

thanks for the reply i know we can never go wrong with short kurta and patialas bottoms!but there is a difference in the way in which tailors in chennai stitch it compared to those lovely pleated type gathering patiala's in chandigarh or amritsar!!!yet to find a tailor who stitches patiala well!!!!
