Aarushi and Shobana - Our two new moderators!

Dear IL'ites,

It is with immense pleasure that I announce our two new moderators.

Aarushi and Shobana

Great moderators make great communities and we are so honored to bring these two exceptional individuals as moderators. The last moderator we added was about 18 months ago, which illustrates that we will wait however long it takes to make sure that we have the right person as moderator.

These are two extremely friendly, helpful and courteous individuals with a passion for IL. We wanted our moderators to have all those qualities. We were also extremely impressed with the attitude and approach both of them exhibit in every single one of their interactions in IL. Both of them have walked their way up to become moderators. They were very active regular members to begin with and demonstrated a lengthy history of stable participation. Then Aarushi became a local champion and Shobana became a greeter. They were so dedicated in their roles that we were thrilled to bring them on as moderators.

We have also updated the software to visibly display the moderator/champions for each of the forums. That way, you know who to contact regarding those forums.

If you would like to get involved in helping out our community, please private message me. There are so many oppotunities ahead of us and we need all the help we can get to grow IL further! There is always something tiny that you can do to begin with!
