Hello Malspie,

I checked your user record and you have chosen 'WYSIWYG' tool bar, which means it allows all type of formatting.

If the tool bar is showing up, but not clickable that you are not able to apply, then it is your browser issue. Clear cookies, cache, etc. and try reloading the page.

If the formatting tool bar is not appearing above the message window, then let us know and we can check what's going on with your login.
