Another year to create
precious memories together.
Yes, marriage is all about creating precious memories together. You have put it poetically and precisely. I remember a scene in An Affair To Remember, where Deborah Kerr (who recently passed away) tells Carry Grant's grandmother that she wants to stay in that beautiful place, the old lady will tell, "No dear. Not yet. I have my memories. But you haven't got them. You have to create it first. And then only come to a place like this.

Another year to strengthen
a marriage that defines "forever."Again true. In spite of the various setbacks we had in our marriage, some small and some large, we never thought anything other than "forever" when it came to relationship.

Le Meridian is about 490 kms from our place. But we would have gone there if Nalini had invited us. Poor lady she has just returned from the hospital and is now worried about Sethu. So we did not disturb her and celebrated our anniversary here in Madurai itself.
