about rain water in appartments

hi friends

its very unfortune to hear that for a bit heavy rain,the rain water entering to the flats or appartment complexes in aheavy manner.about our recent picture of rains in hyderabad. roads are soo worse ?

does any one there who had such bad experience of our hyderabad roads and bad flats beacause of heavy rain?

does the constructors doesnt hav prior knowledge abt the water ?

better give the complaint to MCH and R&D Department, they will take action on it. nither we can do one thing. we can write an artical on this particular rain water. we will give to news paper
