There is a need of quick help for married women from some one who is belongs to women protection or human rights group, of support group.. and i want some one to take care of this issue as i could't take action being a strange guy which leads to even more troubles for a married women. First of all sorry for making fun in a serious thread. Littl you cannot take any step without her help.. And they never file any FIR in most of the cases. They will try to solve the problem by counseling them in initial.
Nope, here if the issue is related to Domestic Violence and if it falls under 498A and if she meets any one cause from the below list they would definitely file FIR and it is mandatory too Women Corner- Domestic violence
