Anyone from Kinshasa (Congo)? (Re-posting)

hi all ladies,
I would like to know if anyone here is staying in DRC/Congo - Kinshasa, to be specific.

Or if you know someone who does, I would like some information on the place.

Hubby has got a job offer from that place, hence I would like to know whether
- it is a safe place?
- how are the people?
- language easy to pick up?
- climate, very hot or bearable?
- residing at the place is ok?
- can you find Indians easily?
- how expensive is it to live there?
- ... and any other points of interest...

I would be greatly obliged if anyone can provide this information.
