Hi nithya! we were so planning to visit muscat during navratri esppecially for dandiya. this must be the first time it has been cancelled in decades!! my daughter was so disappointed we couldnt visit, my husband went to iran and setlled there for the entire eid break... and since he retd, he hasnt toured in two weeks... so, we did not miss dadiya, we only misssed spending quality time with my kid's friends... anyway, his next commitment is for the next eid in the end of november... inshallah, hope we make it...
you know, when we moved to muscat in 2000, there was no lulu or carrefour.. all of them came after.. but we got used to the share taxi till my husband got his D/L for which he took his won sweet time, he was too busy...they are quite safe, i used to go everywhere boldly...
how is muscat these days. heard it has become colder.
