Default Chow Chow / Bangalore Kathirikkai Chutney



Ingredients

1 medium sized chow chow
3 tblspoon of fresh coconut
3 tblspoon urad dal
2 red chillies
1 teaspoon mustard
Tamarind marble size
Salt to taste.


Method

Grate chow chow finely
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and fry urad dal, red chilies and mustard.
Fry chow chow for 3-4 minutes.
Allow it to cool.
Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste.
Serve with dosa/idly/chappati.
