Chiroti rava, if available can be used, for this.
Bombay rava ( suji) - 125 gms
Maida - 125 gms
Sugar - 250 gms
Ghee - 100 gm
Milk - 50 ml
Powder the sugar & beat with melted ghee & cold milk.
Add maida & rava & mix well.
Roll into tiny balls, flatten & make some designs with knife or cookie cutter.
Bake at 400 deg F for about 15-20 mts, till golden colour.
Remove when hot carefully with a palette knife & slowly transfer to a wire mesh to cool.
Makes about 4 dozs.
