Pesarat or Moong dal Dosa
·
2 1/2 cups Moong dal, 1/2 cup rice. Soak them separately.
·
Grind them with green chilies (4 to 6 as per your taste).
Make Dosas out of the dough immediately. Serve with onion chutney.
