Default Masala Thokku

  1. Pour 2 - 3 spoons of oil in a pan .
  2. Add chopped onion (1), tomato(1), 1 inch ginger, 2 green chilies, 1 -2 garlic, fennel seeds and fry well.
  3. Allow it to cool. After that grind them with salt.
  4. Again pour some oil in the pan and make seasoning with mustard seeds
  5. Put the grind masala thokku in that and fry well
  6. Remove from the fire and serve with dosa or chapatti.
