Default Kuruma

  1. Take 2 cups of Potato, Turnip, Cauliflower, Peas, Beans, Chow chow etc., Cut and cook all of them.
  2. Grind Ginger, garlic, Coriander seeds, 10 green chilies and 1 cup grated coconut.
  3. Put a pan and pour some ghee. fry Cinnamon, Cardamom, clove and onion.
  4. Put the grind masala and fry. Then add cooked vegetables and mix well.
  5. Let it boil for a while. At this time you can add 1/2 cup coconut milk in the kuruma.
  6. Add salt. (Tomato is optional)
  7. Add some coriander leaves and serve with chapatti or puri.
