In a deep pan make seasoning with cumin seeds.
Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, green chilies, tomato and salt.
Fry them well then add sprouted Moong dal and fry for a while.
Add 2 to 3 cups of water and close the pan with a lid
Simmer the stove. Let the curry become almost dry.
After some time check and make sure that the dal is cooked.
Remove from the fire and use as side dish for chapatti or puri.
Note: You can add dried meethi leaves in the curry to make it more tasty.
