1 Cup Cooked Rice (Old)
2 Cups Wheat Flour
Hand full of Coriander Leaves
4 Green Chilies
4 Garlic Pieces
1 Inch Ginger Piece
1/2 spoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 spoon Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Cumin Seeds
1 spoon Aamchur viz. Dried Mango Powder (optional)
Salt to Taste
Except wheat flour, mix all the other items in mixer-grinder.
Remove it in a bowl.
Add wheat flour and mix well.
Prepare Chapattis and serve hot.
