Get fresh Amla from the market. Wash and keep aside.
If you buy 1 kg Amla, get 100 gm. Green chilly also.
Pour 4 tea spoons of oil in a pressure cooker add mustard seeds and turmeric powder.
After the mustard seeds brusts, add cut green chilly in that. Fry well.
Pour 2 liters of water in cooker and put all the amlas and add salt.
Put fenugreek powder and hing powder.
Close the lid and allow 3 whistles.
After opening transter it to bottles.
As usual keep it in the fridge to avoide fungus.
