Kosambri is a healthy Indian snack for kids, loved by both the young and the old.
Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted green moong
1 cup Fresh Pomegranate
1 tab sp fresh coconut
1/2 sp salt
1/2 sp lemon juice
1 tbs chopped coriander leaves
Method:
In a big bowl, put sprouted green moong dal, pomegranate, fresh coconut and lemon jucie.
Mix well and add salt.
And garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve as a healthy snack.
You can serve chill or as it is.
Note: To make sprout, Soak the dry green gram in warm water and leave it overnight. Drain all the water the next day and cover and keep in a warm place to sprout. It takes anywhere between 2 to 3 days for the greengram to sprout.
