Ingredients :
Condensed milk 400 gms
Dates 600 gms, remove the seeds & chopped
Ghee 2 tablespoons
Water ½ cup
Maida / corn flour 2 tablespoons
Method:
In a pan heat the ghee, add the Maida and fry for a minute.
Add the water; mix well and allow it to boil.
Add the dates, condensed milk and cook well, till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Remove from fire and serve delicious 'Date halwa'
