White Pea Sundal is usually prepared during Navrathri in South India. It’s a healthy evening snack.
INGREDIENTS:
- White pattani-1 cup
- Chilli pwd-1/2tsp
- Red chilli-1
- Turmeric pwd-1/4tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Curry leaves-1spring
- Grated coconut-2tbsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Soak pattani for 8hrs
- Pressure cook for 3whistles
- Do seasoning with mustard,split urad dhal,red chilli and curry leaves
- Now add pattani ,turmeric powder,chilli powder grated coconut and salt
- Garnish it with coriander.
