White Pea Sundal is usually prepared during Navrathri in South India. It’s a healthy evening snack.

  • White pattani-1 cup
  • Chilli pwd-1/2tsp
  • Red chilli-1
  • Turmeric pwd-1/4tsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Curry leaves-1spring
  • Grated coconut-2tbsp
  1. Soak pattani for 8hrs
  2. Pressure cook for 3whistles
  3. Do seasoning with mustard,split urad dhal,red chilli and curry leaves
  4. Now add pattani ,turmeric powder,chilli powder grated coconut and salt
  5. Garnish it with coriander.
