Medu vadai is a traditional savoury snack and a street food of Tamilnadu.
- Urad dal- 1 cup
- Pepper corns- 1tsp
- Jeera- 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Soak Urad dal for 3 hrs in plain water.
- Grind in a grinder or mixer by adding very little by little water.
- Transfer to a bowl. Add coarsely grounded pepper, jeera along salt.
- Fry them in oil under medium heat till they turn golden brown.
