INGREDIENTS:
- Sweet potato – 1
- Nuts (optional)
- Ghee – 1/2 tsp (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Heat oven to 400 F.
- Place the sweet potato on a baking sheet. Bake until done for about 45 minutes.
