INGREDIENTS:
  • Sweet potato – 1
  • Nuts (optional)
  • Ghee – 1/2 tsp (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD:
  1. Heat oven to 400 F.
  2. Place the sweet potato on a baking sheet. Bake until done for about 45 minutes.
  3. After the sweet potato has cooled down a bit, mash it.
