Fruit in Cream
Ingredients
- Seasonal fruits
- Cream
- Sugar
Method
- Cut fruits into small pieces.
- Mix the cream with powdered sugar with a fork with a light hand.
- Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate before serving.
Biscuit Layers with Fruit and Sugar
Ingredients
- Fruits
- Glucose biscuits
- Coffee extract
- Sugar syrup
- Cake
- Ice cream
Method
- In a broad based vessel, arrange two layers of glucose biscuits neatly, one above other.
- Pour coffee syrup liberally over the layer.
- Slice the cake into thin pieces, and place them as second layer. Pour the sugar syrup over it.
- Put the ice cream as the next layer and place the fruits over it, and finally top it up with the cake slice and add sugar syrup.
- Refrigerate before syrup.
