INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups rava
- 2 1/2 cups sugar(fine)
- 1/2 cup milk(hot)
- 1/2 cup ghee
- few cashews
- few raisins
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Roast rava in a dry pan until brown.
- Pulse rava in mixer along with sugar.
- Add ghee in the another tava and roast broken cashews, raisins in it.
- Add pulsed rava mixture to it and add hot milk also to this.
- When the mixture is warm start making ladoo by pressing between thumb.
- Rava laddu is ready in just 10 minutes.
