Learn to Make Peanut Mango Sundal.
- Peanut – 1 Cup
- Raw Mango – 1 tbsp
- Grated Coconut – 1 tbsp
- Mustard, Green Chillies and Curry leaves to season.
- Salt to taste
- Oil to temper
- Cook the Peanuts with salt.
- Heat a pan with oil and season it with mustard, green chilies and curry leaves.
- Add the Peanut and stir well
- Add the grated coconut and saute until it coat all over.
- Switch off and add the finely chopped raw mango and mix it well.
