For ever this is a favourite for kids.
Made at home, this is very hygienic, too!
INGREDIENTS:
- Orange powder – ½ cup – I used Tang
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Water – ½ cup
- Soda water – 1 and 1/2 cups
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Mix orange powder, sugar and water.
- When sugar dissolves completely, add 1 ½ cups of soda water.
- If you have candy moulds, use them. I used kulfi moulds.
- Fill them ¾ & freeze.
- When half set, introduce a stick to hold them.
- Once completely set, run the sides under tap for a minute and unmould.
