Delicious and healthy Oats Granola Bar.
- Oats -150 gram
- Wheat flour and Maida – 50 gram each
- Honey – 125-150 ml
- Butter – 40 gram
- Baking soda – pinch
- Salt – pinch
- Vanilla Essence – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped Badam,Pista,Cashew,Walnuts,Raisins,White sesame seeds,Chocolate chips – 30 gram each
- Melt/Microwave Butter,honey and essence in a bowl.add dry ingredients,nuts and fruits and make a dough.
- Grease a shallow pan and press the dough.
- Bake 160° for 15-20 minutes.
- Easily breakable,so refrigerate for half an hour and slice.
- Dip in melted chocolate.decorate with rice crisps.
- Have to refrigerate all time.
