Oats Cutlets are healthy and delicious appetizers for any party.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mashed potatos – 2medium
  • Grated paneer – 1/2 cup
  • Grated carrot – 3 tbsp
  • Chpped coriander leaves – 3 tbsp
  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Lime juice – 2 tsp
  • Salt
PREPARATION METHOD:
  1. Mix together in a bowl:
  2. Mashed potatos – 2medium, Grated paneer – 1/2 cup and Grated carrot – 3 tbsp
  3. Add Chopped coriander leaves – 3 tbsp and Oats – 1 cup
  4. Add Red chilli powder – 2 tsp, Garam masala – 1 tsp
  5. Add Lime juice – 2 tsp and Salt
  6. Do not add water.
  7. Shape into discs of any shape, roll in oats & shallow fry
