Oats Cutlets are healthy and delicious appetizers for any party.
INGREDIENTS:
- Mashed potatos – 2medium
- Grated paneer – 1/2 cup
- Grated carrot – 3 tbsp
- Chpped coriander leaves – 3 tbsp
- Oats – 1 cup
- Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Lime juice – 2 tsp
- Salt
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Mix together in a bowl:
- Mashed potatos – 2medium, Grated paneer – 1/2 cup and Grated carrot – 3 tbsp
- Add Chopped coriander leaves – 3 tbsp and Oats – 1 cup
- Add Red chilli powder – 2 tsp, Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Add Lime juice – 2 tsp and Salt
- Do not add water.
- Shape into discs of any shape, roll in oats & shallow fry
