INGREDIENTS:
  • Roasted Gram dal-1 cup
  • Sugar-1 cup
  • Ghee-1/2 cup
  • Cashewuts-a few
  • Raisins-a few
  • Cardamom Powder-1/4 tsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
  1. Grind roasted gram flour in a blender.Powder sugar too in the blender.
  2. Add both these in a wide vessel.
  3. Add cardamom powder.Fry cashewnuts and raisins in ghee and this to the powdered mixture.
  4. Add rest of the ghee and combine well.
  5. Make ladoos with this and serve.
  6. Maladoos are ready.
