Rekha Bhardwaj:

Wife of the famous director and music composer Vishal Bhardwaj, Rekha has risen to fame in the last decade. She has her own distinctive style of singing and has been the recipient of the National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer for the film Ishqiya. Her song, Namak Issq Ka won her accolades and set her amongst the most sought after playback singers. Her most recent hits are Darling, Oye Boy Charlie and Ghagra.

Shalmali Kholgade:

She is one of the newest entrants into the playback singing industry. Daughter of Uma Kholgade, an Indian classical singer and theatre personality, Shalmali has been singing professionally for several years. But her debut as a lead vocalist in Bollywood playback singing with the song Pareshaan from Ishqzaade got her critical acclaim. She was also awarded the TOIFA and Filmfare award for Best Female Playback singer for the same song. Her other smash hits include Daaru Desi, Lat lag Gayi, Aga Bai and Balam Pichkari.
