I use two sites - globaltestmarket.com and toluna.com.
Both are free and genuine sites.

Globaltestmarket -- pays $50 for every 1000 points. Each survey they send gives approximately 50 points (some lower, some higher). If we do not qualify for the survey we get only 5 points. It takes around a year to accumulate 1000 points because we wont qualify for all the surveys!

Toluna - every survey gives $1-$3 usually. Some are higher. If we do not qualify for the survey we dont get anything. Here, every 1000 points equals $1 and we can cash out in $10, $20 and so on.
