With 7 months of experience with the company, I strongly recommend not to go for this service. We received $150 plus bills every month.
When I read that $72 is average American electricity bill, I researched around only to discover Reliant overcharges. Everybody I came across had started with Reliant Energy, but eventually changed to smaller providers. Spark Energy is something we have subscribed to now.
As the name suggests, it is reliable service, but a tad too expensive.
