    1. Women have more grey matter,that is why they perform well in intelligence tests.
    2. 70 percent of the Indian women are iron deficient.A well planned diet which includes green leafy vegetables,soyabean,dates,sultanas,black sesame could help.
    3. Cut your finger around the date of your period,it hurts more as oestrogen which regulates the brain's ability to suppress pain is highest just before ovulation.
    4. Heart symptoms vary for women like pain around the breast bone ,shortness of breath,tiredness and generally feeling of being unwell rather than classic crushing pain which men have.
    5. Aspirin reduces the risk of stroke and reduces the risk of heart attack in women of the age 65 and above.
    6. Women's pelvic floor muscles do a lot of work like weight of the bladder plus the strain of pregnancy and childbirth which puts greater stress than any other part.To strengthen it tighten the muscles around your back passage ,vagina and front and pull up inside as if you trying to stop passing urine.Do 10 quick ones and 10 slow ones.
    7. Women with diabetes have greater risk of heart attacks .A woman's heart responds better than men's to healthy life style.Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
    8. Vagina and cervixes come in many shapes and sizes.If you find smears uncomfortable you can tell the doctor,as speculums do come in variety of sizes.
    9. Thin tight bra can leave you with a nagging headache.A tight strap that digs into your shoulder can put pressure on the cervical nerve that runs from your neck to your shoulder.Frequent headaches ,neck pain.
    10. Bugs can be beneficial in certain parts.The average woman's vagina is loaded with bacteria and fungi.They absorb the debris and by fighting one and another keep the area balanced ,healthy and clean.
    11. 50 percent of the women have disrupted sleep for 2 to 3 days around their periods when oestrogen and progestrone levels fall.
    12. After menopause oestrogen levels fall .take calcium supplement ,one gram per day .Go for exercise,walk outdoors or on the treadmill ,do aerobics,swimming.Eat balance diet.
    13. Women who took oestrogen had lower levels of the protein beta amyloid in their blood.In Alzheimer's disease beta amyloid forms plaques in the brain which leads to the death of brain cells.
    14. women are prone to fluctuations of moods .A low carb diet can leave you irritable so eat rich foods fruit,wholegrain bread,brown rice and whole wheat pasta.
